Fearless Writing Workshop.
Part One
Writing requires getting into the proper, fearless frame of mind. Most people can get into this frame of mind accidentally, not everyone knows how to do it on purpose. For the first part of the class, I lay out certain basic rules and approaches that you can practice every day to help you write as fearlessly as possible.
Part Two
Everyone has their doubts. In the second part of this class we will have a guided round-table discussion about those things that quietly haunt most writers – questions of voice, intelligence, time, money, and talent. My hope is that by the end class you will begin to understand that you have always been smart enough, talented enough, and disciplined enough to write what you most want to write.
