Why We Write

This two hour lecture/workshop examines the source of our most powerful writing. After twenty years of writing and hundreds of conversations with authors as diverse as Harlan Coban, Andre Dubus III and Nora Ephron, one thing has become abundantly clear to me: knowing why you write is more important than learning how to write.
